As a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Creekside Counseling Services LLC, Lauren is dedicated to providing a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative space for growth and healing. Lauren works with a diverse population of clients across a wide range of concerns, with a specialization in supporting individuals in uniformed professions—including Fire, EMS, Corrections, Law Enforcement—as well as veterans. She has experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress management, and various other issues. Kegan Laman, MA, LAPC, NCC

Kegan is a dedicated therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples experiencing significant life transitions. His clinical focus includes helping clients navigate changes in identity, relationships, roles, and long-term direction. He provides a warm, inviting, and structured environment where clients can explore their experiences with clarity and confidence.

Kegan’s approach is calm, patient, and grounded in collaboration. He supports clients who feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from who they once were, helping them rebuild a sense of stability and purpose. He integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness strategies to promote emotional insight, resilience, and effective coping skills.
